Job opportunity | Case Manager - Sport Integrity

Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions is looking to expand its case management team with the appointment of a Case Manager to assist with the operation of Sport Integrity, the development of the National Safeguarding Panel and our wider safeguarding work.

The successful applicant will administer referrals made through Sport Integrity, an independent disclosure and complaints service for Olympic and Paralympic sport, and will work with the investigators and wider stakeholders to further develop the service. The Case Manager may also be required to manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appoint panel members, and provide general support to the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management. 

Suitable applicants will have experience in a legal or safeguarding environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. A high level of oral and written communication skills are required, along with first-rate attention to detail. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.
