Resolving disputes fairly and efficiently
Sport Resolutions (SR) provides independent and fair resolution to disputes, both cost-efficiently and speedily as deserved by every athlete.
SR was established in the wake of a landmark case involving the British Athletics Federation (BAF) and the international athlete Diane Modahl.
After two years of legal battles the athlete was fully exonerated and returned to competition. However the entire process led to the athlete becoming bankrupt and contributed to the BAF going into administration. In the aftermath of this pivotal case, SR was founded with the aim of resolving disputes fairly and efficiently, with no bias.
At Sport Resolutions, we know the importance of time and reputation for athletes.
