Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its skilled, diverse and experienced case management team to assist, primarily, with international referrals.

The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required. They will provide support to the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management. The successful applicant will be required to administer cases including anti-doping rule violations, ethics and integrity related matters, independent reviews, disciplinary proceedings and vetting processes. The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Due to the increasing number of international referrals which we are receiving, applicants should be proficient in written and spoken French. Bilingual or multilingual applicants will bring additional skills which are valued for this position. Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity. The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications. A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.

Sport Resolutions values its staff extremely highly, with opportunities to develop skills and knowledge both internally and through the support of continued professional development.
